Peter Cassuben

Peter Cassuben is a seasoned communications and stakeholder engagement professional with over 25 years of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Community Engagement & Stakeholder Communications at CPB Contractors since January 2021, Peter manages public affairs for the Sydney Metro City & Southwest Project. Previous roles include Project Lead for Communications & Stakeholder Engagement at SMEC and Director at Destrier Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Peter has also held senior positions at Transport for NSW, Maxicom Corporate Communications, and the Australian Government, where strategic communication and stakeholder relations were key focuses. Peter's early career included significant roles in television journalism as a producer for 60 Minutes and a senior reporter for ABC's 7.30 Report. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on History, Media Studies, and Journalism from the University of Central Queensland.
