Adam Valois has a strong background in technology and project management. Adam is currently serving as the Head of Technology at CDP, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Zalando, where they held various roles, including Technical Project Manager - Software from August 2021 to May 2022, and IT Project Manager - Logistics from February 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Zalando, Adam worked at the Norwegian Refugee Council as a Product Adoption Lead from July 2019 to December 2019, and as an IT Project Coordinator - Syria Response from January 2018 to June 2019. Adam also gained experience at BC Public Service as a Sr. Business Analyst - Lead from March 2015 to August 2016, and at UNDP as an IT Consultant - Supply Chain from October 2013 to September 2014.

Adam Valois completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Management Science from Athabasca University. Adam then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Operations Research from the Canadian Operations Research Society. Later on, they attended HEC Montréal, where they obtained their Master of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management.

In addition to their formal education, Adam Valois has obtained several certifications. These include ITIL Foundation from PeopleCert, NRC HEAT from the Norwegian Refugee Council, Lean Green Belt from the BC Provincial Government, Prince 2 Foundation from UNDP, and TEFL from the Global Leadership College.
