Kano Hazzard has a strong work experience spanning over several years. Kano started their career at Andersen in 1998 as an IT Coordinator, where they managed a team responsible for setting up new PCs, providing training for new users, and offering support for desktop and printer solutions for a large number of users. In 2002, they joined ABPI as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they provided technical support, resolved user issues, participated in IT project work, and improved the efficiency of PC systems and applications. Later, they became the IT Service Delivery Manager at ABPI, managing a team, analyzing service desk performance, implementing service improvement initiatives, and ensuring the quality of IT services. Finally, in 2013, they joined CDP as the Head of IT Service Delivery and Infrastructure, responsible for leading IT service delivery and infrastructure, delivering support and quality solutions, managing incidents, and overseeing IT projects.
Kano Hazzard attended William Gladstone for an undisclosed period of time, but did not obtain a degree or field of study from the school. In 2013, Kano earned two certifications from BCS: the ITIL Continual Service Improvement Certificate in August and the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management in July.
