Martin Poirier

Martin Poirier is the Vice President at the Centre for Probe Development and Commercialization (CPDC) since April 2025. Previously, Martin served as the Executive Director and Site Head at Frontage Laboratories, Inc. from November 2022 to March 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Director of Bioanalysis/Laboratory at Altasciences from October 2019 to November 2022, and an extensive tenure at Charles River Laboratories from October 2001 to September 2019, where Martin held various positions including Scientific Director Laboratory Sciences, Associate Scientific Director, and Principal Scientist. Martin holds a Master’s degree in Experimental Health Sciences from INRS - Institut national de la recherche scientifique (1999 - 2001) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal (1996 - 1998).
