Kent Dyer

Kent Dyer has extensive experience in quality assurance and analysis, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a QA Analyst II at CPI Card Group since February 2019, Kent has previously held QA Analyst positions at Franklin American Mortgage Company and MyHealthDirect, as well as a QA role at MEDHOST. Kent's expertise includes writing and executing manual test scripts, running regression tests, and supporting help desk operations. Earlier roles involved collaboration with developers to improve web-based systems at ACS and authoring testing plans at Emdeon, where Kent also worked as a Senior QA Analyst. Kent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
