Melanie Young

Melanie Young has a diverse work experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Melanie most recently worked at CPI Card Group as the VP of People Experience, where they focused on recruiting effectiveness and compliance. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager at CPI, where they built relationships with HR and hiring managers and mentored their team. Earlier in their career, Melanie worked as an HR Manager at various companies, including Uniguest, EnergyLogic, NationLink Wireless, and General Electric.
