Joseph Garcia

Joseph Garcia is an experienced public policy professional currently serving as the Vice President of Public Policy at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. since November 2019. With a strong background in Latino outreach and public communications, Joseph previously held significant roles at the Morrison Institute for Public Policy, where responsibilities included serving as the Director of the Latino Public Policy Center and Director of Communication from April 2009 to April 2019. A seasoned journalist, Joseph worked as a Senior Editor and Editorial Writer at The Arizona Republic and held editorial positions at various publications, including the Tucson Citizen and Gannett Co. Inc. Joseph's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership & Management from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arizona.
