Monsi Arteaga is an experienced professional in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as a Recruiting Consultant at CPM Intl since August 2019, Monsi previously held the position of Operations Manager at InGente from July 2014 to July 2019, where the focus was on providing flexible workforce solutions for small and medium-sized companies. Prior to that, Monsi was the Owner/Manager of Home Instead Senior Care from 2009 to 2014, establishing a franchise that specialized in non-medical, personalized care for seniors. Earlier in the career, Monsi worked at CPM Intl as a Commercial and Residential Interior Design Consultant from February 2000 to October 2008, delivering high-end interior design services to clients. Monsi holds a degree from Wheaton College.
