Samia Alam

Samia Alam is a seasoned software quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing QA teams and developing testing methodologies. Samia currently serves as the Software QA Manager at CPS, after holding key positions at MatrixCare as Software Quality Assurance Team Lead and Senior QA Analyst, and as QA Manager at SigmaCare. With a background in analytical roles as a QA Engineer at The New York Times and research fellow at Washington and Lee University, Samia possesses a strong foundation in test planning, requirement analysis, and training QA engineers. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor's degree from Washington and Lee University.
