Josefina Gil Moya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare quality management and clinical audit effectiveness. Currently serving as the Lead of Clinical Audit and Effectiveness at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Josefina focuses on enhancing health outcomes through measurable improvements in healthcare services. In addition, Josefina holds the position of Chairman at The East of England Clinical Audit & NICE Network and has been actively involved with The Chartered Quality Institute as the Branch Treasurer and Social Media representative. Previous roles include Quality Management in both laboratories and clinical settings at Anthony Nolan and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, respectively, as well as a Production Supervisor at Alimer S. Coop. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Management and Leadership in Health and Social Care and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Anglia Ruskin University.
