Marwa Hamid is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in quality management and institutional effectiveness. Currently serving as a Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor at The Chartered Quality Institute since August 2017, Marwa has previously held key positions such as Sr. Officer Quality Assurance (In Charge) at Creative Zone from September 2020 to August 2022, and Assistant Manager for Quality Assurance and Institutional Effectiveness at The College of Fashion & Design from July 2019 to July 2020. Marwa began a career in quality assurance as a Quality Assurance Officer at City University College of Ajman from May 2017 to June 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Total Quality Management from the University of Medical Sciences & Technology (UMST) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Khartoum.
