NDINGA NDOBA Manan currently serves as the CEO of SAFI CONGO, leading the Société Africaine d'Ingénierie since September 2023. Additionally, membership in the International Register of Certificated Auditors and the Chartered Quality Institute commenced in August 2023. With significant experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE), NDINGA NDOBA has been the Organization Manager at ATHEST Bureau d'Etudes QSE since 2015, overseeing QSE projects and training initiatives. Previous roles include QHSE Manager at Paloma Services and Consultant QHSE for Britone, where responsibilities included system design and staff training. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management des Organisations from Institut International d'Ingénierie de l'Eau et de l'Environnement and various professional certifications in quality and environmental management.
