Rashad Issa, FCQI FCXA, serves as the Chairman of the Board for CQI | The Chartered Quality Institute since December 2020, overseeing strategy development and board effectiveness while also participating in the Finance and Renumeration Committee. Additionally, Rashad contributes as a Governance Advisor for NGOs with PMI Lebanon Chapter, supporting project management during crises, and as the Quality & Business Improvement Lead at The Baltic Exchange, focusing on quality assurance in the freight industry. Previous roles include Director of Operational Success at Workplace Options, where Rashad led global quality initiatives, and various positions in service quality at different organizations. Rashad holds a Master of Science in Applied Project Management from the University of West London and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Lebanese University.
