Ryan Donahue has a diverse work experience spanning 10 years. In 2010, they began their career as a Sales Representative at Midwest Wireless, LLC. Three years later, they joined Spring Arbor University as a Web Media Designer, where they created videos, infographics, and other visually engaging content. In 2015, they moved to Slingshot SAU as a Director, where they managed client relationships and the commerce service offering. In 2016, they joined Makeup Geek as an Ecommerce & Marketing Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Most recently, in 2018, they joined CQL as a Shopify Practice Lead and Client Success Manager, where they work with teams to strategize and grow eCommerce brands.

Ryan Donahue received a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they earned two Associate's Degrees from Jackson College in Visual Communications/Graphic Design and Web Design/Multimedia between 2009 and 2012.
