Chris Smith has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and analytics. Chris is currently serving as the VP of Product at C&R Software since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at FICO™ as a Director of Collections Analytics Products from December 2017 to June 2021. Before joining FICO™, Chris held the position of Product Lead - Debt Management at Equifax from January 2014 to December 2017. Chris also worked at TDX Group in various roles including Product Strategy, Consulting, New Product Initiatives, and Analytics Manager from 2007 to 2014. Chris began their career at Experian (Business Strategies) as an Analyst - Consumer Lifestyle Segmentation from July 2006 to May 2007.
Chris Smith earned a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. After completing their undergraduate degree, they pursued an MSc in Medical Statistics at the University of Leicester from 2004 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Strategic Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute in April 2015.
