Ignacio M.

Ignacio M. is a seasoned executive currently serving as the COO of Crabi, a licensed auto insurance carrier in Mexico focused on innovative underwriting and service through AI and embedded insurance. Prior to this role, Ignacio was the GM of Global Consumer Products at AstroPay, leading a diverse global team in developing a comprehensive wallet and rewards offering. As the Head of Loyalty at Nubank, Ignacio spearheaded the product vision and strategy, launching products that significantly enhanced customer retention in Brazil. Ignacio co-founded and served as CEO of alana, a successful HR Tech startup, and has extensive entrepreneurial experience, including founding FreshBites Group and SERALCO. Ignacio holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a BS in Economics from Universidad Metropolitana, and has completed courses at The London School of Economics.
