Joseph Dews is a seasoned investment banking professional with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as Managing Director at Craig-Hallum Capital Group since May 2019, based in San Francisco. Dews specializes in the technology, energy tech, and industrial tech sectors, having completed over 200 strategic and financing transactions. Moreover, Dews has been the Non-Executive Chairman of inTEST Corporation since June 2019 and previously held key positions at AGC Partners, a boutique investment bank, and several other notable firms, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in various tech sectors. Dews holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University and has studied at Keio University, alongside early career experience in semiconductor and software sectors.
