Kristen Hoey

Kristen spent twenty years in talent acquisition at both Citigroup and Point72 Asset Management. While at Citigroup, Kristen served as a Senior Relationship Manager for the Institutional Clients Group division focused on all aspects of early career talent including workforce planning, recruiting, compensation, performance management and data analysis. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead at Point72, Kristen developed an institutional recruiting strategy as the Firm continued to grow and diversify its investor base.

Kristen graduated from Boston College with a degree in Economics and Spanish. An active member of her local community, Kristen resides in Fair Haven, New Jersey with her husband Michael and twin children Patrick and Mary Catherine.
