Geoff Lovell

Geoff has over 30 years’ experience as both a non-executive director and as a senior executive, in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.

In the not-for-profit sector he is Chairman of Ability First Community Housing Ltd and an independent director of Ability First Australia Ltd. He is Chair of the St Paul’s College Foundation, a director of Sydney Community Housing Ltd and The Eryldene Foundation. Previously, Geoff has been Chairman of the Council of St Paul’s College at the University of Sydney, Chairman of the Australian Indigenous Mentoring Experience (AIME), Deputy Chairman of Council at Sydney Church of England Grammar School (Shore), President of the Shore Parents’ Association and a member of the investment committees for the Indigenous Real Estate Investment Trust and the Indigenous Land and Sea Corporation.

Geoff is currently employed by Citta Property Group where he is involved in the development of affordable housing. He was previously CEO of the ASX listed Macquarie ProLogis Trust. Geoff started his career as a structural engineer working for Arup before also working for PwC, Lend Lease and the Macquarie Group.

Geoff is one of the two nominees on School Council of the Anglican Archbishop of Sydney. He was appointed to the School Council as a director in 2023.
