Jenny Hough

Jenny Hough (Li) is a seasoned professional in strategy and business development, currently serving as VP at Crane Company since May 2025. Previously, Jenny held the position of Associate Partner at Bain & Company from July 2016 to December 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with senior leadership teams to drive growth through various strategic projects, including customer segmentation and transformation programs across multiple industries such as industrial goods, chemicals, and professional services. Prior to Bain, roles included Senior Manager at Graylog, Inc., where focus was on commercialization strategy and investor management, and Director of Operations at SURGE Ventures during a period of recognition for top accelerator performance.
