Justin Bowman is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in end-user technology management and client support. Currently serving as the Manager of Global IT Operations and Client Support at Crane Payment Innovations and as a self-employed consultant, Justin previously held the position of End User Technology Manager at Brandywine Global Investment Management. In this role, Justin led a team responsible for end-user technology support, implemented cost-saving ITSM solutions, and managed digital workplace applications. With a background in managing helpdesk operations at Miles & Stockbridge P.C. and expertise gained from roles at JW Pepper and Network Solutions, Justin combines strong technical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
