Andrew Lints is an experienced professional with a substantial background in product development and operational leadership, currently serving as the Transformation Portfolio Lead for Enterprise Communications at Craneware since November 2007. In this role, Andrew acts as a key advisor, facilitating the delivery of structured and transparent operational programs while advancing technology initiatives. Previous positions at Craneware include Chief of Staff, Head of Product Development for Trisus, and Principal of Agile and Documentation, where Andrew led significant cultural shifts and product development initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include roles as Software Development Manager, Program Manager, and Technical Author, with previous technical authorship roles at Barco, OKI Europe Ltd, and Experian QAS UK. Andrew holds a BA (Hons) in Corporate Communications from Robert Gordon University and an HNC in Leisure Management from North East Scotland College.
