Craig Preston is the current Chief Financial Officer and member of PLC Board at Craneware. Craig has also worked as the Global Trading Manager - Vitol Dubai for the Vitol Group. In this role, they were responsible for the P&L of Vitol’s global Methanol trading team, with an annual portfolio of approximately 2 million tonnes and turnover of $1 billion. Craig delivered 11 years of stable profit to the Vitol Group and led the global Methanol trading team.

Craig has also worked with Private Clients as a physical commodity trader and originator of new trading flow. In this role, they were responsible for developing, authoring and implementing a global trading strategy. Craig also actively built new relationships with suppliers, customers, project developers and investors to expand trading flow and open new markets in the US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Craig Preston completed a postgraduate diploma in organisational leadership from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Craig also holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Newcastle University. Their background in economics comes from Lancaster Royal Grammar School.
