Adam Bower MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Adam began their career at Flamingo Horticulture in 2004, where they worked as a National Account Manager until 2007. Following this, they joined MM Flowers as a Commercial Manager, where they played a key role in establishing a new business start-up, focusing on fresh flower supply to M&S and Sainsbury's. During their time at MM Flowers, they led the commercial and NPD function, driving sales through innovative product concepts and developing an online business. In 2011, Adam joined Cranswick Country Foods PLC as a National Accounts Controller, consistently exceeding sales and profit targets. Adam also took on the responsibility of leading the organization's sustainability strategy and actively engaged with clients on sustainability issues within the food industry. In January 2023, Adam was promoted to the position of Head of Sustainability Strategy and ESG at Cranswick Country Foods PLC.

Adam Bower MBA holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Sustainability Studies from Sheffield Hallam University. Adam also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business from the same university. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Newcastle University, earning a Bsc degree in Food Marketing.
