Dave Burchfield

Dave Burchfield currently serves as the Sr. Director of Talent & Organizational Development at Crate and Barrel, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this, Burchfield worked at McDonald's from May 2018, initially as the Manager of Enterprise Change Management and later as the Director of People Strategy. Experience also includes a tenure at Deloitte Consulting as a Sr. Consultant from May 2014 to May 2018, and an HR Business Partner role at Rolls-Royce from December 2011 to March 2014, where Burchfield supported the Commercial Marine Industry. Earlier career experiences include a Graduate Assistant position at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where engagement with master's students on job market trends occurred, and internships at Goose Island Beer Company and Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Burchfield holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics & Finance, both from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
