Melanie Muñoz-Durrant

Melanie Muñoz-Durrant is an experienced leader in culture, inclusion, and community impact, currently serving as the Director of Culture, Inclusion and Community Impact at Crate and Barrel since August 2022. In this role, Melanie is responsible for developing strategies that promote an inclusive and purpose-driven culture while enhancing community connections. Additionally, Melanie operates as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Melanie Muñoz Consulting and has held various significant positions, including Diversity, Equity + Inclusion Consultant and Coach at The University of Chicago Graham School. With a strong background in consulting through roles at The Kaleidoscope Group and experience in program management at Intuit Mailchimp, Melanie's expertise encompasses engagement, equity, and creating impactful, people-focused initiatives. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Public Relations from The University of Toledo and a Master of Arts in Psychology: Diversity Leadership from Cleveland State University.
