Robert Palacios

Robert Palacios has extensive experience in professional services management, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Services Operations at Crawford Technologies since June 2018. Prior to this role, Robert held multiple positions at Pitney Bowes, including Director of Professional Services, where management of a national and offshore team of software consultants led to a 15% revenue increase and strengthened client relationships.
