Nidhi Verma

Nidhi Verma, SPHR is currently the Chief People and ESG Officer at Crawford & Company. As the head of the Human Resources/People Team, Nidhi oversees a broad range of human resource functional areas globally. Prior to their current role, Nidhi served as the Senior Director of Talent Management at Benchmark Brands, where Nidhi led the Talent Management team to design and deliver customized talent solutions. With experience at LexisNexis, Hewitt Associates, and Arthur Andersen, Nidhi has a strong background in leadership programs, consulting, and talent development. Nidhi holds a MA in Leadership and Adult Learning from Columbia University and a MA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
