Erling Hesselberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Erling began their career as a Consultant at Mørner Kreativ Programvare in 1994 and later worked for ConCrea AS as a Consultant from 1995 to 1997. Erling then joined Cinet Consulting AS as a Senior Consultant from 1997 to 1999 and continued their consultancy work at Item Consulting AS as a Consultant/Partner from 1999 to 2006.
In 2002, Erling became the CEO/Instructor at AlphaTech AS until 2008 when they transitioned to Workplace Consulting, a company they founded and served as CEO/Founder until 2011. During this time, Erling built Workplace Consulting into one of Norway's most successful IBM Business partners, Software Education Centers, and License Resellers. In 2011, the company was acquired and merged with Crayon, where Erling took on the role of Director IBM for a period of two years, managing a team and working on complex client engagements. Erling was also part of the Crayon Board of Directors during this time.
Following their stint at Crayon, Erling became the Vice President of Enterprise Software at Crayon Group in 2014, advising enterprises with complex IT needs. In 2017, they took on the role of CEO at IntelZone, a Crayon Group company focused on IoT solutions for EMEA customers. Erling remained in this position until January 2020.
Additionally, Erling has served as the Chairman of the Board/Founder at Multitema AS from 2005 to 2011.

Erling Hesselberg completed a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from BI Norwegian Business School from 1991 to 1994. In addition, Erling has obtained multiple certifications from IBM, including Turbonomic by IBM Sales Foundation in 2022 and various IoT certifications in 2017 and 2018. Erling also has certifications in different IBM technologies such as WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment, Tivoli Storage Management Solutions, Lotus Notes and Domino Application Development, Lotus Notes and Domino System Administration, and IBM WebSphere Portal Administration.
