Marlies Strobl

Marlies Strobl has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Marlies most recently worked at Crayon as the Head of HR (Data & AI Services) starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Global HR Business Partner at Crayon from May 2021 to November 2022. Marlies took a sabbatical in the beginning of 2021.

Before joining Crayon, Marlies worked at Microsoft as an HR Generalist from June 2018 to December 2020. Prior to Microsoft, they were employed at A1 Digital International GmbH as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding specialist from July 2017 to June 2018. Marlies also had previous experience at Microsoft as a Human Resources Specialist from November 2016 to June 2017 and as an Intern in Human Resources Austria from November 2015 to October 2016.

Marlies Strobl began their career at OMV as a Freelancer in the Learning Department from August 2014 to May 2015. Prior to that, they had an internship in the Learning Department at OMV from February 2014 to July 2014.

Marlies Strobl obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Business Administration & E-Business Management from IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences in 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts in Organisational- & Human Resources Development from FHWien der WKW, which was completed in 2017.
