Rachael Tay

Rachael Tay is a skilled talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in sourcing and selecting candidates across various regions. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Resourcer and Coordinator at Crayon since June 2021, Rachael contributes to facilitating digital transformation journeys for clients. Previously, Rachael worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Jagger from September 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included executive-level candidate selection in North America, Asia, and Australia, as well as the development of job descriptions.
