Daniel Gennara

Daniel Gennara serves as a Narrative Designer at Crazy Maple Studio, Inc. since August 2022, focusing on writing and story editing for the mobile game Escape, which includes both original content and adaptations of licensed fiction. Previously, Daniel was a Teaching Assistant at York University from 2017 to 2018, where responsibilities included leading tutorial groups for an Introduction to Screenwriting course and educating students on storytelling techniques. Earlier experience includes a role as a Student Ambassador and Mentor at York University from 2014 to 2016, managing social media and organizing recruitment events, as well as an internship at Chesler/Perlmutter Productions in 2015, where Daniel engaged in development tasks such as writing coverage and treatments. Daniel holds a Master’s Degree in MFA Screenwriting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Film (Screenwriting) and Creative Writing from York University.
