Molly Cusick

Molly Cusick is an accomplished professional in the field of intellectual property and content acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Licensing at Crazy Maple Studio since February 2025. In this role, Molly leads initiatives to secure high-quality intellectual properties for prominent platforms including ReelShort, Chapters, and Kiss. Previously, as Vice President of North American Acquisitions at International Literary Properties from February 2021 to February 2025, Molly managed literary IP acquisitions across various genres, fostering brand loyalty and audience growth. Additional experience includes positions as Acquisitions Editor at Sourcebooks (2019 - February 2021), Senior Scout at MARY ANNE THOMPSON ASSOCIATES, INC. (March 2017 - 2018), and Literary Agent and Co-Director of International Rights at Folio Literary Management (2009 - February 2017). Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College.
