Dustin Kelley

Dustin Kelley, Ph.D., PCC, currently serves as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development at CRB, a premier provider of engineering and consulting solutions in the life sciences and food and beverage sectors. With extensive experience in leadership development, Dustin has held notable positions including Senior Leadership Solutions Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership, Chief Learning Officer at Vail Centre, and Executive Vice President at Vail Leadership Institute, where innovative leadership training programs were designed and implemented. Additional roles include Adjunct Faculty at the University of Sioux Falls, Multi-Unit Franchise Owner of Marble Slab Creamery, and Partnership Manager at Vail Valley Partnership. Dustin holds a Ph.D. in Global Organizational Leadership with a focus on Entrepreneurial Leadership from Regent University, alongside multiple advanced degrees in business and instructional design.
