Jimmy Shao has been a valuable member of CRDB Bank Plc since July 2019, contributing as a Project Member for the Core Banking System and serving as a Bank Officer. Responsibilities include customer service, handling accounting tasks, managing sim banking registration and internet banking, serving as Vault Custodian, and overseeing cheque books and ATM cards, while also fulfilling cashier and teller duties.
