In 2006, they joined NMB Bank Plc as a Bank Officer, where they provided exceptional customer service and promoted bank products. Leo then progressed to various roles such as Team Leader, Performance Manager, and Manager of Channels Distribution, where they focused on data analysis, resource management, and strategic solutions. Leo joined CRDB Bank Plc in 2018 as the Group Head of Business Excellence before taking on their current role as the Group Director of Business Transformation.
