Katelyn McAlister currently serves as a Senior Project Lead at CRDF Global, overseeing the technical, financial, and administrative facets of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) and various Technology & Innovation initiatives since August 2018. Previous roles include Project Lead for the 2018 Diplomacy Begins Here Summit at International House and participation in the U.S. Congress-Republic of Korea National Assembly Exchange Program. Katelyn's experience also encompasses project coordination as a Project Associate for the IVLP and as a Citizen Diplomacy Program Intern, where responsibilities involved proposal writing, event planning, and community outreach. Katelyn holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in International/Global Studies and French Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
