Prior roles include Deputy Project Manager and Project Lead, with notable work at the European Academy of Diplomacy as Senior Programme Advisor and Head of the Academy of Young Diplomats. Urszula holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw and a certificate from Sciences Po Lyon.
