Matthew Holmes, CPA has a diverse work experience beginning as an Audit Intern at Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski in 2012. Matthew then worked at Ball State University as a Student Audit Assistant and eventually became a Graduate Assistant. In 2013, they joined Dauby O'Connor & Zaleski again as a Staff Auditor. In 2015, they moved on to City Real Estate Advisors, Inc. as an Asset Manager before transitioning to The Hampstead Companies as a Senior Accountant and Accounting Supervisor/Asset Manager. In 2019, they joined Strata Equity Group, Inc. as a Senior Accountant and later became the Accounting Manager. Currently, they are working at CREA, LLC as an Assistant Vice President in Asset Management, progressing to become the Vice President of Asset Management - Development.

Matthew Holmes, CPA, obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Ball State University in 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting at the same university from 2008 to 2012. In addition, Matthew holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant, which they obtained from the Indiana Board of Accountancy in July 2015.
