Prior to joining CREADEV, Joel spent a decade at Boston Consulting Group in various roles, including Principal, where significant contributions included developing growth strategies for food manufacturers and leading large-scale transformation projects. Joel's educational background encompasses an MBA from The Wharton School, a Master's Degree in International Studies from The Lauder Institute, and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova.
