Everett Fieldgate has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Everett is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Creams Cafe, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2022, Fieldgate worked at Costa Coffee, where they held various roles including General Manager - European Franchise and General Manager - Emerging Markets. Everett also served as the Head of Franchise New Business Development on an interim basis.
Before joining Costa Coffee, Fieldgate worked at Americana Restaurant Group as the Head of Development from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for expansion, design, construction, maintenance, and estate management. Everett managed a team of over 450 people and oversaw a significant capital budget.
From 2006 to 2017, Fieldgate worked at YUM! Restaurants International, where they held several senior positions. Everett served as the Chief Development and New Markets Officer, overseeing new store openings, market entry, and restaurant remodeling across the MENAPak region. Everett also served as the Chief Financial Officer for MenaPak and the Business Development Director for KFC in the UK. In these roles, Fieldgate achieved significant profit growth through store openings, franchise recruitment, and restaurant remodels. Everett also introduced new restaurant design concepts and implemented successful initiatives across a large restaurant estate.
Fieldgate began their career at Campbell Arnotts - Arnotts Snackfoods in 1998, where they held various roles including Finance Director and Commercial Business Director. Prior to that, they worked at Lion Nathan in finance analyst and manager roles, as well as in on-premise sales.
Throughout their career, Fieldgate has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills, driving profitability and growth in the companies they have worked for.
Everett Fieldgate completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business (B.Bus) degree in Economics from Curtin University, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in July 2020.
