Rick Rafey

Rick Rafey is a seasoned leader in technology and education, currently serving as Consulting Director at Creating Coding Careers since October 2023, focusing on IT apprenticeships and workforce development. Prior experience includes roles as Consulting Director at Silicon Valley Education Foundation, where pathways for high school students in applied computer science were developed, and as Consulting Director of Customer Success at InOrbit, Inc., emphasizing customer partnership and product strategy for autonomous robotics. Rafey has held leadership positions at Thuuz Sports, driving operations and product development, and co-founded SeenHere, facilitating the creation of a mobile app. Rafey holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Brown University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Psychology from the University of Virginia.
