Ltd. as an E Rec Specialist, where they handled responsibilities such as strategic recruitment planning, training, and mentoring. Pragati then moved on to become a Sr. E Recruitment Specialist, taking on additional responsibilities such as account management. In 2009, Pragati joined Le HR Solutions pvt ltd as an Asst Manager - IT Recruitment, where they managed a team of 8 people and played a crucial role as the single point of contact for 7 clients.
