Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is an experienced culinary professional, currently serving as Chef Manager at Creative Dining Services since February 2023. Hall has been the Owner of Caspers Catering since January 1990, providing specialized catering services for themed events nationwide, accommodating groups from 50 to 1000 people. Previous roles include Chef Manager at Sodexo from July 2014 to August 2023, where responsibilities included position development, inventory control, and cost management. Hall also held the CEO position at Alleready Foods from January 2001 to August 2010. With a strong educational background that includes an AOS degree in Culinary Science/Culinology from The Culinary Institute of America, Hall's career spans multiple facets of the culinary industry and project management.
