Karel Stanek

Karel Stanek is an experienced Chief Information Officer with a strong background in managing IT operations and project delivery across multiple industries. Currently serving as CIO at Creative Dock since October 2022, Karel previously held the same title at Batelco from July 2020 to September 2022, and at Vodafone from January 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included team management and implementation of agile methodologies. Karel's experience also extends to senior program management roles at KCT Data and Deloitte, leading ERP and CRM implementations. Karel's career began with project management and branch management positions at Manpower and ING, followed by a leadership role with AIESEC Czech Republic. Karel holds a Master’s degree in Economy and System Engineering from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
