Md Salauddin Eshad has extensive experience in design, currently serving as the Head of Design at Creative IT Institute since April 2017, leading the design team and receiving support from key leadership figures. Prior to this role, Md Salauddin worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Creative IT Ltd., where the company has been active in IT services since 2008. In addition, Md Salauddin has been a UX UI Designer at RTP Medical Solution since August 2019, focusing on website design and optimization for increased client conversions. Earlier, Md Salauddin held the position of Graphic Designer at Creative IT Limited from August 2014 to February 2023.
