Monir Hosen has extensive experience in the IT and creative industries. Monir is the Founder & CEO of Creative IT Institute, a leading IT training institute in Bangladesh. Monir has been in this role since 2008 and has successfully steered the institute for over 13 years. In addition, Monir is the Managing Director of Bright Skills, a position they assumed in 2022. Monir is also a Co-Founder of Excellence Architecture and the Managing Director of Creative Skills, both starting in 2021. Monir has previously served as the Assistant Secretary of EPAC (Endangered Plants and Animals Conservation Foundation, Bangladesh) since 2015. Furthermore, they were the Managing Director of Creative Clipping Path Ltd. (CCPL) starting from 2013. Prior to that, Monir held the role of Chairman at Creative IT Limited, a company that focuses on creativity and training. Monir has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at Bangladesh Computer Council and as a Senior Faculty of Graphics & Animation at Arena Multimedia. Monir has a wealth of experience in various leadership and educational roles within the IT and creative sectors.
Monir Hosen began their education at B.P Govt High School in Panchagarh, where they obtained their Secondary School Certificate in 1999. Monir then attended Barister Jamir Uddin Sarkar College and earned their Higher Secondary School Certificate in 2001. In 2002, Hosen enrolled in Asian University of Bangladesh and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing in 2006. Additionally, between 2003 and 2005, they pursued a dual diploma in Web Interactive & Multimedia Design at Arena Multimedia. Hosen also received an IT Scholarship for Computer Technology- Graphics & Printing from IDB-BISEW Graduate in 2005-2006.
