Kate Ma is currently engaged in multiple roles, including the L’Oréal Fellowship and serving as the UCLA Health Waste Research Lead at Sustainability Action Research, where initiatives focused on sustainability standards and waste management enhancements. As Project Manager and Director at Creative Labs, Kate has successfully guided development teams, ensuring timely delivery of minimum viable products while fostering opportunities for student engagement. Additional leadership roles include serving as Project Lead for Bruins for Business Health at UCLA, organizing professional networking events, and directing the Cosmetics Committee for the Business in Entertainment Association at UCLA. Previous experience includes an internship in B2B partnerships at Parallel Health and a marketing communications internship at Dynamic Branding. Kate Ma is pursuing a degree at UCLA, following an education at the Orange County School of the Arts.
