Ariaane Biesheuvel has extensive experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as Teamleader Customer Service at fabfab GmbH since March 2016 and as Team Lead Customer Service at DPD Germany since March 2014. Previously, Ariaane worked as Customer Support Teamleader for the Austrian/German and Polish support teams at Mr Green Online Casino from April 2012 to March 2014, overseeing a support team. Ariaane's career began at Betsson, where roles included Payments Agent, Senior Agent Customer Service, and Customer Support Agent from December 2009 to April 2012. Earlier experience includes serving as Duty Manager at Universum Science Center Bremen from June 2007 to September 2009, managing events and engaging with visitors. Ariaane holds an M.A. in Sociology and Cultural Studies from the University of Bremen (2003 - 2009).
