Dan Cullen-Shute is an accomplished CEO and founder with extensive experience in the advertising and digital marketing industries. As the CEO and founder of Creature of London since April 2011, Dan led the agency from inception to a top twenty ranking, achieving significant growth and winning awards for notable clients such as Carling, London Gatwick, and BAFTA. Additionally, Dan served as CEO and founder of White Crow from March 2018 to June 2024. Earlier career highlights include roles at Isobar, where Dan operated as Worldwide CEO & Founder for Creature and White Crow, and as Group Account Director, overseeing Nokia's Global Digital Business. Prior positions include Director of Engagement & Participation at DLKW and various roles at Ogilvy & Mather, starting as an Account Manager in 2002. Dan Cullen-Shute holds a Master’s degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
